Halloween 2021 · Eat, Drink, and be Scary!

There are many interesting activities on Halloween this year for both young and old as well as your furry friends on the Island. Many businesses are ready to participate after missing their favorite events and all of the festivities last year due to the pandemic.

Edgartown
In Edgartown you can begin the day at 10 am and trick or treat on Main Street. All of the local businesses will offer delightful sweet treats to add to your goody bags. For your four legged friends enjoy the fun at Nevin Square at 11 am. The pet with the best costume will win a prize and even your dogs can compete to win a treat by showing off their favorite trick.

Vineyard Haven
On Main St Vineyard Haven from 2-5 to add more sweets to your bags. You can also tour the frightening Haunted Warehouse at 426 State Road to benefit the Tisbury Fire Department from 3-5 for kids, and 6pm-11pm for adults.
Don’t forget to trick or treat on William Street with all of the inviting decor and Halloween ghouls and goblins waiting to greet anxious trick or treaters. Enjoy the alluring treats many have to offer on this memorable day.

West Tisbury
If you venture into West Tisbury you can enjoy a traditional hayride beginning at the West Tisbury Library. You can paint a pumpkin and play some games while enjoying refreshments outdoors on the lawn.
Don’t forget the annual Halloween party at the Agricultural Hall from 6:00-8:00 pm. The evening hayrides are scary so be prepared and enjoy the evening.
