Out with old and in with the new reusable!
Founded by Jessica Mason, Island Eats is an exclusive membership that allows you to order takeout and receive it in a reusable, stainless steel bowl. As a member, you receive a wooden card for the (similar to a token). So, how does it work? It’s simple.
When you order from an establishment that is part of Island Eats, you inform them you’re a member and would like your food in the stainless steel Island Eats container.

Recently renovated and open for business, The Larder, located at 342 State Road, Vineyard Haven, is bringing something old in tradition but new to our Island. And with Rose Willett and Tyler Potter at the helm, we know it’s going to be good.

Ask guests to be sure to reduce their contacts and potential exposures for at least a week. Wash your hands! And be sure to have paper towels in the bathroom so guests can avoid sharing the same towel.
Obviously, a fully vaccinated guest list is the safest way to go and experts agree that it’s perfectly reasonable for people to require their guests are vaccinated, especially if you have children too young or those who are compromised. We need to do our part to ensure this population stays safe.
